central spot for exploring parks and attractions easily

I had a great time during my stay and appreciated how clean and spacious the room was. It was only about a 10-minute walk to the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk, which made it easy to enjoy the beautiful waterfront.

The kids loved the rides and the atmosphere was just perfect for family fun. The breakfast at the hotel was a pleasant surprise, with ample options that kept everyone happy, especially the waffles.

In my children’s opinion, the pool should have been open for them to enjoy. It was disappointing not to have that option during our stay. A little more outdoor seating away from the bins would also go a long way for families.

The pool area was closed during my stay, which felt misleading. Air conditioning was inconsistent, leaving the room uncomfortably warm!!! A couple of maintenance issues could definitely use attention!!!

The outdoor swimming pool was a hit with my kids and the free breakfast was delicious, featuring great coffee. Staff were friendly and eager to help.
